Bestbuy is so bad, i have same experience. Try to get help and no luck.  They told me i have to claim with Fedex. Fedex say "If the party filing the claim is not the shipper or the payor of transportation charges to FedEx, customer must obtain and provide a claim filing waiver from the Shipper (on company letterhead if the shipper is a company)." which i try to get from bestbuy and they say Call the police or just call fedex. !!!

I guess my only option is dispute with CC and have them fight for me

I submitted a dispute with my CC company and submitted my all of the proof Best Buy refused consider or take into account in any way. I had my refund within days from Best Buy after that, no explanation or follow up, just an email letting me know my order was canceled. Months of stress and arguing resolved in days just by submitting the same proof I gave best buy at the start!

The package came a day early and was delivered with a false signature, done by the carrier, while I wasn't even home (which I had definitive proof of). They left it without a signature and they are absolutely at fault!
I filed a dispute with the CC company and submitted the same information that I have Best Buy, it took 3 days to get a refund after that. No follow up or explanation from Best Buy, just an email saying my purchase was canceled. It took my CC company and store card bank lender days to do what Best Buy refused to do for months!
