Lost package and poor customer service

Hi. I bought a phone that says it was delivered a week ago. The post office said it was delivered to the correct place, but I never received it! I also tried to contact your customer service, but was put on hold for an hour, passed off to 2 different people, then dropped! It has been extremely difficult to reach anyone. Please can someone look into this?
