Lost or Missing package

I would like to find out about my options for a recent package that was either misdelivered or stolen because it has been over a week with nothing back.

 

I made an order on BestBuy.com on Friday May 10th, which contained an item which was over $250 dollars . The package has not arrived, although the USPS tracking number shows that it was delivered on Tuesday June 4th. I have two cameras, one that is angled towards the street and one that is angled facing the mailbox, I had looked over the video footage and it did not show that anyone had arrived with the package.

 

I have waited a few days to contact you as sometimes packages will be marked as delivered and then show up a day later. I have contacted USPS but all they gave me was a case number but they did not look into it any further all they said was to contact best buy 

 

Is there anything that Best Buy can do to help me out?  I would be happy to provide further information via private message.

Although it hasn’t happened often, it’s always disappointing when a package of mine goes missing, or is never delivered as expected.  The last time it happened was during this past holiday season, and it was a bit of a hassle trying to track down my package.  I’m sorry to hear this has happened with your most recent order with us, but I’m hopeful I’ll be able to offer my assistance.

 

I’d like to look into your order further, however, there are a few pieces of information I’ll need to gather from you before I’m able to do so.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me the following pieces of information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

 

This should be enough information for me to begin my research.  As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep this sensitive information out of the public view of our forums, so be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send this information to me privately, and if you’re using a mobile device to access our site, you may need to switch to desktop view before this button is visible.
