Could someone help me out please?

An item was lost, and the customer service issued the refund.

But I only got the refund for the amount I paid with credit card.

The rewards I paid for the item never return to my account.

The order number is:{removed per forum guidelines}

Why the bestbuy can not do the refund?

The item is not delivered.

The courier made up an fake delivery.

The item was delayed until 8/12, then it was marked as delivered on 8/1/22.

There is no delivery infromation, and signature and etc.
