Lost free release day shipping on pre-order

I placed a pre-order for Collection of Mana back in June when it was announced.  I just got an email that I have $5 in rewards credit about to expire, so I wanted to apply it to this order.  I couldn't find a way to do it, so I just canceled my old order and re-placed the order.  No big deal.  However, now I am not getting free release-date shipping like I was before.  It is asking me to pay for release day delivery, while my now canceled order had it included for free.  Can I get my order upgraded to release day delivery since I was just re-placing the order to apply my rewards credit?

I’m glad you’re picking up your copy of Collection of Mana with us!  As someone who wants to get my games as close to release day as possible, I can certainly understand wanting to see if this is a possibility for your order. 


Please know that once an order has been placed, we’ll typically be unable to update its level of service for free.  With that said, I would like to make sure we’re exploring all options that are available, and what options are available at this time can vary, depending on the status of your order.  I’d like to look into your order further and offer any assistance I can, however, there are a few pieces of additional information I’ll need to gather from you before I’m able to do so.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me the following:


  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number


This should be enough information for me to begin my research.  As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep this sensitive information out of the view of our public forums, so be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature.
