I just wanted to check if you guys submitted the missing claim payment for so UPS can arrange the refund to Best Buy and I also can get refunded from you?

Welcome back to our Support Forums.  Reviewing your previous conversation with my colleagues, Andrew and Alyssa, it appears the information they’ve provided thus far is correct.  To reiterate, we recommend continuing to work with UPS to investigate the delivery of this package further.  If any claims on this package have been approved by UPS, they will need to utilize their internal processes in order to relay that information to us. 


Our answer will remain unchanged, and this will be our final response on the matter.
