So I ordered 2 items back in late March, both being birthday presents. 1 of the items was delivered successfully within a few days while the 2nd item seems to have been stuck in limbo every since shipping through the USPS (over a month). When I check the tracking information, the status says "In Transit, Arriving Late" so thinking that my package was still coming I waited. But seeing as it has been well over a month I'm getting tired of explaining that somebody's birthday present is "in the mail"
Could I get any help with this?
