Lost Package

To whom it may concern, 


I ordered a Logitech G Pro Superlight online and it was scheduled to be delivered on 11/4/2022. 


When I checked the provided UPS tracking number on 11/3, it was labeled as delivered to "Front Door" - I checked mine and the leasing office of my apartment complex and nothing was delivered.


I checked with UPS - the package was being sent via UPS SurePost so they were supposed to deliver it to USPS. I checked with a rep from USPS and on their end - the package has not been delivered..


UPS said to check with USPS, USPS said to check with the vendor. I couldn't find the options on the Bestbuy profile so i googled "Lost Package" and here I am..

Well It's supposed to be that UPS hands off to the post office to deliver. However I've found that to be quite opposite. UPS has on occasion directly delivered packages to my apartment complex without handing off to the postal service even though the package is labled Sure Post. 


I actually trust the postal service more than Fed Ex or UPS to be honest as they take the effort to deliver packages to your door Smiley Happy 


Hopefully a mod can help with your issue.
