I recently ordered a package and after the delivery date came and went i checked on the status online. It stated it was delivered but it had not been. i checked the proof of delivery they had on the order but it was only a pdf just stating they delivered it and nothing else. Don't know really what to do because I've never run into this problem before so i figured i would post the problem here to see what options i have.
