Lost Package



Let me start by saying I've never had any problems with Best Buy before this and love shopping here.


On Monday I purchased a laptop through the website and paid for expedited shipping which was shortly after delayed. Thankfully I posted here and got my money back I paid for shipping very fast! However, after the small delay UPS told me the package was delivered on Friday afternoon to the UPS access point I requested. They sent me proof of delivery, but when I got there the package had not yet arrived. It's been 2 days since the package has been marked as delivered from UPS... I've checked with my access point multiple times and still, no package of mine has shown up.  

I needed this laptop by Monday and now tomorrow is Monday and I don't have my laptop AND I don't have the money to go buy a new laptop since Best Buy has the money I sent them to deliver me the laptop which I expected Thursday... This has been a very frustrating experience with both UPS and Best Buy and I don't think I'll ever purchase anything of value online with this company after this experience. 

Could someone please look into this for me?
