Lost Package

I ordered a package on 4/17, it was scheduled to arrive on 4/22. The package was delayed for the next day, 4/23, but was delayed again and no update has been posted on when the package will arrive. I contacted UPS to see if there is anything I could do on my end and they instructed me to contact Bestbut to start a lost package investigation. I tried calling and talking with a live representative but understandbly the lines are busy so I thought to try my luck posting here. I would really appreciate any help I can get to get my package sent to me.

Solved: I was able to get a hold of a live representative to help me out and they refunded my order.
