It is my first time to purchase something from best buy website, and I really don’t know what I can do right now…
I purchased a graphic card on best buy website on 3/8 and the UPS tracking shows that the item is delivered and it was left at the front door yesterday (3/18). However, I did not see anything at my front door yesterday, and I also checked with my neighbors if they receive any package from UPS yesterday. None of them received anything… I waited until this afternoon and I still don’t see any package left in my front door or my mail box. I am afraid that the package is lost or stolen from someone. I tried to contact best buy by phone, but I don’t know why I couldn’t connect to a real representative… I found this forum and I hope I can get some helps from anyone asap.
