I have failed a claim with UPS when I found out my package was lost, which was on 8/01/19. Its been almost 3 weeks, and have finally been notified that my claim has been denied. There is no way for me to cancel this order and its a little frustrating. I paid for this item on my Best Buy Credit Card, and I would hate to make a payment for something that I don't have or probably will never recieve. Is there any way for me to cancel this order and get my refund back to my BBYCC?
