Lost Package and No Refund

I’m getting no help from any costumer Service rep on the phone or live chat. I placed an order and it never arrived. Tracking number says delivered but was never signed for. Investigation closed and they told me no refund or replacement was going to be given. I’m out of my money and no item. And no one can help. How is this taking care of your Costumer? I can’t even reach someone to help me to begin with. Just disappointed of the overall process. I order all the time and shop in the store consistently and never had any issues. The one time i have an issue Bestbuy is nowhere to be found to help.
