I ordered a TV stand from BestBuy.com. It was lost by UPS and a claim was filed. A replacement was sent to my local Best Buy store where it was signed for by an employee. The store then misplaced the package. Best Buy directs me to talk to UPS and UPS says the package was signed for so there is nothing they can do. This is incredibly frustrating and I just want a resolution. I have a useless TV sitting in my living room since November awaiting a stand.
