Lost/Missing Package

I placed an order that was marked as delivered a few days later, but nothing was ever received. UPS told me that I need to contact BB to get this resolved, but I tried calling on Thursday/Friday and that led nowhere. I'd appreciate it if a specialist could help out with this issue.

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Best Buy Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your package has not arrived yet, and that you had a difficult time getting help for this on the phone.

 

Sometimes carriers will leave the package(s) at a different location. Do you have a front porch or back doorstep that the package may have been delivered to? If you've double checked this wasn't left somewhere else, it's likely lost/misdelivered, so I would be happy to see what our options are.
