I placed an order that was marked as delivered a few days later, but nothing was ever received. UPS told me that I need to contact BB to get this resolved, but I tried calling on Thursday/Friday and that led nowhere. I'd appreciate it if a specialist could help out with this issue.

Sometimes carriers will leave the package(s) at a different location. Do you have a front porch or back doorstep that the package may have been delivered to? If you've double checked this wasn't left somewhere else, it's likely lost/misdelivered, so I would be happy to see what our options are.
