Lost Item

I was supposed to receive a package on April 4, apparently I didn’t get it on my mail box and it was stolen. A neighbor just told me they saw it 2 days ago when I was expecting it by around today that is why I never went down to look and didn’t receive an email that it was delivered. How can I be helped? This is very frustrating because I need those items urgently. My orde number is {removed per forum guidelines

As someone who lives in an apartment building, I’ve certainly had my fair share of orders seemingly disappear, despite the tracking number and carrier indicating otherwise.  It can be an understandably disappointing experience, and I’m sorry that seems to be the case with your most recent order.  With that said, I’ll be happy to take a closer look into your order and offer any additional assistance I can.
