I purchased a Gaming Laptop from Best Buy and they stated a signature was required due to the high value of the laptop itself. Tracking shows it was delivered and signed for by someone named "CZH" who I don't even know. I was home all day and no one came to deliver anything or even ask for my signature for a package.
At the moment I want to know what it was shipped in, a regular cardboard box or the original laptop box that it came in. If it is shipped in the original laptop box, I'm assuming the delivery driver knew what it was, signed for it him/herself, and kept the laptop.
I have already filed a case with FEDEX and they are looking into it (taking longer than I thought).
I also reached out to Best Buy support and was told that a replacement or refund would be issue. I opted for the refund since I refuse to be liable for another stolen package. I then get an email the next day and based on the "investigation", they simply said the tracking shows it was delivered so they will NOT be issuing a refund or replacement.
At this point I will be filing a dispute with my financial institution to recover my money, and since I have proof that I did not sign for it, hopefully it'll expedite my case.
Long story short, boycott Best Buy and don't ever shop there.

A BIG thank you to Katie for helping me with my issue.
Katie kept things very professional and approached my issue and extended her help in a very positive way. Katie also made sure to keep me updated on the status of my issue and assured me that she would assist me in any way possible, and that's exactly what happened.
All in all, my issue was resolved and Katie was able to work with Best Buy to get my refund for a lost/stolen package approved.
