I upgraded to a new iPhone back in 2020 and lost the 2FA connection in my Google Authenticator app for Best Buy. I've called Customer Service several times, but they never could resolve it despite saying they did. I haven't been able to get into my account for nearly two years because of this. Is there any possible way of accessing this account, becaue I beleive I have rewards and gift cards I can only access through the account.
