We can understand needing to make a return here and there, and try to make it a simple as possible to do so! In many cases, we can try to locate your receipt using a few different methods. While we do require that the item is still in like-new condition and all included accessories and packaging is included, we should still be able to accept your return as long as your purchase is still within our Return & Exchange Guarantee. You may be charged for any missing accessories or packaging of your item.
If you visit your local Best Buy store, the Customer Service team there should be able to search for your receipt, just be sure to bring the item and all included accessories, your photo ID, and the payment method that was used to make the purchase.
