Live agent initialed refund, but confirmation email not received

On Nov29, contacted a live agent on a delayed order (ship by Ontrac, delayed since Nov19). And live agent started refund and telling me to wait for confirmation Email.


I did not receive the email after 24hrs, and order status is still in transit, delay. I have chat transcript

Welcome and thank you for reaching out about your delayed order. I know I would be confused if I did not receive an expected confirmation so I'd love to do what I can to help.


To get started, if you do not see an email in your normal Inbox, it's always a good idea to check in your Spam, Junk, and/or Promo folders. Sometimes emails can go to an unexpected folder.
