I just bought this laptop. It came with Windows 10, not Windows 11 as stated on the web page. It is capable of running Windows 11 but I won't be able to upgrade it imediately. This is not that a big of a deal, but it is inconvenient because now I have to check in periodically with MS to see when I can upgrade.

You can actually upgrade now if you like by direcly going to the Microsoft Windows 11 page and download the ISO or upgrade installer in order to install it.

When I bought my HP laptop it too was listed as Windows 11 but I got Windows 10 instead but the upgrade was painless and it works fine.

The installer will do a check to make sure you're good to go before it proceeds.

One more thing, I noticed that now when I choose "Reset This PC" to do a factory install, it seems that Windows 11 becomes a permanent part of the OEM installer image so it will give you the experience as if you had it come with your computer, complete with all the trialware and other utilities that came pre-installed on the PC.

Thanks! That was easy. I did try to check the MS site but it seemed to imply that you had to wait for the Windows update function to upgrade. Now let's see how much bloatware I have to remove...
