What is this? On January 15th I ordered a laptop - all fine right? It said it could be within' two days as per usual. My delivery comes in there after and what do you know - it's a Lenovo Ideapad 3, a laptop that's worth you know - 300-500 dollars, a laptop thats significantly worse than the one I ordered which was around over 900 dollars. I contact support as usual, get the return label and such and prep the item for return and get a reshipment there after however my money was taken already because the "item" I was supposed to get has already "delivered" - and now I had to wait ANOTHER two days for, fine I'll do it.
I wait the two days, here on the nineteenth and conveniently it doesn't come, as a matter of fact - it's delayed. Between the 20th and 23rd.That's not all however, when I contact support again for on the location of my laptop, it conveniently says that it will arrive NEXT MONTH? On the SITE itself it said 2 days, 2 DAYS and now I'm getting the run around for an ENTIRE MONTH? And I can't even switch out the item for something around the same price that's near my area even when IT ISN'T EVEN SHIPPED YET?
Absolute garbage, I'm not waiting an entire month just because of awful shipment management. Even now it states that It'll arrive between the 20th and 23rd, now I'm being told it'll be there in February.
At this point I have no idea if it's even worth trying to pursue.
