your website said order in the next 1 hour and 26 minutes to have this delivered tomorrow. This was on Thursday, 11/7. The package was supposed to arrive 11/8. Your website still shows "delivering Friday", which is in the past!!
I called customer service to complain and was told I had two options: 1) just wait until item arrives or 2) when item arrives, request a return/refund.
Are you kidding me? That's the kind of options I have available for being lied to?? I could have ordered my product through the manufacturer directly and received it on Monday 11/11. I went through Best Buy because you guaranteed next day delivery if ordered within your countdown.
This is insane and I will take my business elsewhere moving forward. I've been purchasing from Best Buy for many years but no longer will do so.
