Welcome to our forums! Having recently upgraded my personal laptop from the one I had been using for the last eight or nine years, I’ve really enjoyed the new features that my laptop can do. It’s awesome to hear you’re interested in purchasing your own laptop with us, and I hope you’ll enjoy yours as much as I’ve been enjoying mine. In regards to your questions, you’ve certainly come to the right place for help, and I’ll be more than happy to get you the answers you’re looking for.
It looks like Andrew_UN has offered up some great information here, and everything they’ve provided is spot-on. As they’ve mentioned, our Store Pickup option allows you to place an order through BestBuy.com to be picked up at your local Best Buy store, and once the order is ready for pick-up, they’ll be able to hold onto your order for five days. If you’re unable to pick the order up within five days, you’ll want to contact the store directly, or call us at 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289) to prevent your order from cancelling.
