Late delivery...was VERY upset..

Hi there,


I respect and appreciate the hard work the folks at BBY do, but recently, i was very disappointed. I purchase everything there for my house by the way. Tv, computer, printer, desktop and always buy the insurance plans. The latest incident was a laptop i got for a special someone, it arrived late, they were upset and felt hurt, thinking I had forgotten their big deal. It basically ruined the beggining of December for me. I called the store , i think store 129,and they basically told me, "tough luck". 


SO here I am... hoping that this won't let me turn my back on Best buy!

Welcome to the forums and thanks for your post! Having dealt with a couple online order delays myself this holiday season, I know they’re no fun. It’s a bit disappointing when you expect something to arrive and it doesn’t come on time. I’m sorry to hear you experienced this.


We do our best to work with our delivery partners to ensure the products you order arrive on time. Regrettably there are rare instances, like your situation, where packages may be delayed. I understand this can cause major disappointment and for that I’m very sorry. While I can’t undo the experience you had, I do hope you will give us another chance in the future.
