Late Delivery

Hi, I recently bought a computer and purchased the fastest shipping in order to have it here by Friday, October 27th, before the weekend. It's currently 4PM on Friday, and the tracking says that the computer will arrive on Monday, the 30th. My main reason for paying for shipping was to have the computer for the weekend, so may I please have my shipping refunded since my purchase is not arrived by the date I was told it would?

Thanks for stopping by the Best Buy forums!  You know, I just recently upgraded my laptop a little under a year ago, and I was so eager to get it that I drove almost two hours to the only store that had the exact model in stock that I wanted.  If one-day shipping was an option at that time, I'd probably have given it some serious thought as well.


I was able to locate your order using the email address you used when registering on our forums and confirmed that your laptop's delivery date was indeed pushed back to Monday, October 30.  I apologize for the frustration this has caused, but we are regrettably unable to compensate for delays that are beyond our control.  That being said, I have some additional information I want to share with you, so I'll be sending you a private message shortly to discuss your order in greater detail.
