I just learned that I will not receive the full refund as part of it is being returned to reward points. This is extremely frustrating because I would like the full amount received correctly and points applied back to the original purchase as it should. I never chose to apply any points any certain way, so it is completely unfair that I cannot receive the full refund.
If this can’t be remedied I’ve decided that I’m just going to return everything I purchased from Best Buy in the last 45 days and repurchase somewhere else. My total return will end up being near 10k in returns. I don’t want to do this, but just have lost all faith in Best Buy.

I’m sorry but I cannot accept this a viable solution. This has been by far the worst consumer experience I have ever had, and the issue is still outstanding.

I can certainly understand your frustration and I apologize for the issue. I wish there was more we could do on our end but because of the split payment methods the refunds are auto issued in this manner. Let me know if you have any other questions I can assist you with.
