Laptop Return

Hello - I ordered a laptop then called to either cancel the order or change the delivery address. I was told the Best Buy team would change the delivery address.

 

The Best Buy team never changed the delivery address. I have waited on hold cumulatively ~3 hours while this has been attemped to be resolved.

 

The laptop was picked up by the deliver team at the incorrect address. I have not received my refund.

 

Pease assist.

Does this mean they retrieved the package from the wrong address and have returned it to the sender?

Thank you for visiting our community forums. I know I've accidently sent orders to the wrong address. While we can request that a shipping address be changed, this is not always successful. You mentioned that this laptop was picked up, is that correct? Do you happen to know if it's being returned to us. If so, we should process a refund 7-15 business days after this was received.
