I just had a poor experiencce with your chat support in regards to an exchange of a recently purchased laptop. I am looking to exchange a laptop purchased due to isses with functionality and it not performing at the levels to which it was advertised. The agent made me aware several times of the exchange window; however, I tried explaining my unique circumstances and asked to be directed to someone who could better help. I wasn't given any options and would appreciate some feedback on what recourse i do have.
