LOST PACKAGE,bestbuy replaced pick up at store,keep delay then bestbuy canle,never refund

I bought a mac air book on the 12th of last month. I need to see the package but I didn't do the sign. I live in a complex apartment. Value over $1000. I reported the missed package to the 888bestbuy agent on the same day. The agent helps the order to be picked up at the store. I received the pickup date on June 23rd. But there is no stock confirmation email for June 23. I contacted the agent on June 24th. The agent said he switched the pickup store and asked me to bring my ID to pick up when I got the pickup confirmation email. But no pickup confirmation email was sent to me. I only received orders that were cancelled on July 1st. But no refundable email sent to me. Sorry, bestbuy replace and pick up got up after I reported a missed package. I spend my time on what I pay. But I've never seen a response from Best Buy. The package is worth over 1000, philanthropist.

THE MANAGER OF BESTBUY TOLD ME YESTEARTY.ONLYWAY IS GO TO FILE TNE REPORT AT POLICE DEPARTMENT.Come on,the only way would nobody response for a shipment.DONT GIVE THAT IDIOT REPLY TO CUSTOMER OVER A MONTH DELAYEDFROM THE ORDER DATE

I have had stolen packages from Amazon myself. 

 

Is this the first stolen package you've had from Best Buy or has this happened multiple times where you live? Most of the times the delivery drivers leave packages in the mail room. There are cameras where I live so that can help find out who did it.

 

Would imagine there is some kind of loss prevention risk factor here where they determine if you get a replacement or not. $1000 is quite an expensive laptop for many and they do a through investigation for claims as such. 

 

If Best Buy did an investigation of a package and they determined in the end it was correct you would have to contact law enforcement in this matter and perhaps ask your apartment manager if there was any cameras that could catch what happened. These things are usually final in that matter.

I would defiantly refer to what hockeycanuckjc said in his post above. 

 

While I don't live in a complex, my friend has had major issues in the past with his complex and package deliveries. I would recommend getting in contact with management and seeing if they possibly delivered it to there office or another place in your complex. I would also ask them for access of security footage to see what happened exactly with the delivery. After that I would contact law enforcement about the situation. Package thief is a serious matter and the police should be notified about this.

no body tell me contact law enforcement when replaced the order pickup,why bestbuy sent me the mail for pick up?but reach the pickup date showed no stock,who beleive no stock?
