I placed an order online with chat support for price match which got cancelled. I placed a 2nd order the same way, and despite the agent saying that it was placed, I have no record of it. The 3rd agent basically confirmed that no order was placed despite me submitting payment information. I am now going through this a 3rd time. Why is this so hard? Can someone please tell me why I can't get a completed order? I have a case number but the chat rep is telling me that he can't find the order that was supposedly placed.

Welcome to our community forums. I appreciate you taking the time to write to us regarding these orders. As someone who does most of my shopping online, I can imagine how frustrating it would be to have problems with multiple orders.
