Just received my item and arrived damaged!!!

I'm really frustrated with best buy service. Before I use to order item from best buy an never a problem. Now majority of the items I get are damaged. The call of duty collectors valor edition I ordered arrived damaged. Wish photos can be posted. Everyday I'm more and more conviced to order by amazon. Well atleast their items do not arrived damaged. The box arrived damaged and the statue inside it is broken. Do you even inspect items when they are returned. There was a return slip in it. Order #{removed per forum guidelines}

Welcome back to the Best Buy forum! While I’m glad to hear that you’re a frequent customer, I can definitely understand being frustrated if you’ve had damaged orders before this. What you describe does sound like there is room for improvement, so I’m happy to speak to you about this.

 

Regarding steps for your to take, as you’re saying the your Call of Duty: WWII Valor Collection arrived damaged, I would advise to take a look at the options outlined here and under the Best Buy Return & Exchange Promise. I would advise the fastest option for you would likely be to return the item to your local Best Buy store during the return and exchange period where they should be able to assist you with an exchange. If you are unable to go into a Best Buy store, returning the item via mail during the same return and exchange period should also be an option.

 

As for your concern that the item you received had been previously sent to someone else, I’ll be sending you’re a private message shortly to ask for some additional details.
