My mistake was that I purchased an open box computer at bestbuy.com. I purchased the computer "excellent" condition which stipulated that it was like new and had all its expected accessories and cost more.
After I picked it up from the local best buy I brought it home and it had no keyboard.
I called best buy.com "customer service who instructed me to go to the store to pick up a keyboard.
I get to the store and "customer service" says it's not their problem and call bestbuy.com
I get home and call best buy.com and they said it's not their fault and to go back to the store and talk to a manager!
I was just there, and I am not going to go back to be refused again.
So now I am on Rego Park best buy telephone line, for more than 20 minutes waiting for anyone to pick up the phone.
This is just awful. This is the very definition of the "run around"
Do you think I will ever purchase anything from Best Buy again?
