I was trying to price match an item with TigerDirect.com, which BestBuy has a price match policy with. However, I had 1 online chat rep (Gary A) and 2 supervisors (Carlton {removed per forum guidelines} and John {removed per forum guidelines} tell me that they cannot match "TigerDirect Business". I had to explain for over an hour that TigerDirect Business is just the trademark of TigerDirect.com, and that EVERY webpage of TigerDirect.com says TigerDirect Business {removed per forum guidelines} I even sent them the homepage of TigerDirect.com to show them that the homepage of TigerDirect.com says "TigerDirect Business". However, the only thing they would say is "We do not match with TigerDirect Business". I asked them if they can provide me a link to the TigerDirect.com that their policy says they match to and they said they could not. At this point I thought this was a practical joke. I wouldâve understood if there is some fine print about price match policy that prevents me from doing this. But the reason that âTigerDirect Businessâ is not âTigerDirect.comâ is so ridiculous it's comical. Definitely the WORST price match experience Iâve ever had. Ended up saving my time and just buying from TigerDirect directly.

Oh and I forgot to mention: this worked with a different rep when I was using online chat yesterday before my internet got disconnected. I mentioned this in my chat with the rep and 2 supervisors and they completely ignored me.

I'm going to assume that's a joke since I just explained in an entire paragraph that the website of TigerDirect.com literally always says "TigerDirect Business"...

As you mentioned, Tiger Direct is one of the retailers are able to process a price match with. Taking a look at the link you provided, I do see that we would have been unable to process this specific price match because the product is only available in limited quantities.
