Items delivered but she never received it. Now what

Sir or Ma'am,  

First let me say how frustrating it is to not have an email I can deal with directly.  I work for the Department of State and live overseas and it's already difficult enough just trying to order items for gifts.  Now the gift is supposedly delivered but it never was so my daugther and new son-in-law did not get their gift.  We've been trying for a week to find it but the delivery company says the driver released the package without signature.  That's not a good idea and now it's gone.  Please assist.  I know I need to send my personal information to someone but it's impossible to find that person online so here I am once again.

Welcome back to our community, though I must say I wish it were under happier circumstances. Certainly it is the worst feeling in the world to have a gift not arrive as expected. I've had this happen too, but blissfully only very rarely. I regret your having to cope with such a situation.
