I purchased this item, Ghostbusters 1&2 bluray. According to description, it should include a digital copy, but there isn't one in the package, nor is it printed on the artwork. Is this an item description error, or wrong item?
Am I just screwed here, or is there a chance that Best Buy will give me the movie code? I'm housebound and really don't want to go through the trouble of returning it.

Also, even though this order was placed while I was logged into Best Buy, the order does not show up in my "purchases" section at all. If I'm on a shopping page and click "shopping history" the individual items show up but if I click one, it just takes me back to the "purchases" page that says: "You do not have any recent orders or in-store purchases." I bring this up because it was another stumbling block in me trying to find support for the order. The company might want to fix this issue.
It's ridiculous that there is no support email. Obviously I don't want to post my order number publicly, and for some reason, the official Best Buy site doesn't seem to be connected to this forum, so I can't ask someone to just look into my account without giving private information.
