I ordered a laptop for my cousin and it appears BestBuy delivered it themselves (the only tracking number I see is a BBY one), to Minneapolis. They left it on her porch, and included a picture of the delivery to prove this. But it was not there when she came home. I can't even imagine why BestBuy is shipping laptops without signature requirement, but they did indeed just drop it on the porch in full view. So now I'm not sure how to proceed with this. There are no options in the "Return and Support Options" for this case. How can we get this replaced?

Good afternoon,
Thank you for reaching out to us here on our community forums. I know that whenever I order something, I keep an eye on the tracking information as close as possible so I can be sure of when it arrives. I know I would be quite concerned if I were in your shoes and arrived home to see that this package was missing. I would be glad to see what options we may have to assist you with this order moving forward.
If you believe this package was stolen, I would first recommend filing a report with your local law enforcement. Best Buy will assist as much as possible with their investigation. I'd also like to review your order on my end to see how I May be able to help. I will need to gather a bit more information to start this process. Can you please send me a private message that includes your:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Order number
You can send me a private message by clicking on the blue button at the bottom of this post. I look forward to hearing back from you.

The private exchange I had did not offer any support at all, beyond just "call the police", and neither has any other method of getting help from BestBuy, so we will be disputing the charge on our credit card.

That's one theory. The other is that companies are obligated to provide quality service and care about what they are doing and we shouldn't have to pay for their failure to do so.
As a result, Best Buy has now provided me with a refund, in response to me being loud and obnoxious on social media about it. I hate that that is the best/only solution to such issues, but I'll do it if I have to.

Your refund is not due to being loud and obnoxious it is a gesture of Good Customer Service.
