Ok, I got a question. I ordered the samsung S22 Ultra week ago, it was suppose to be signature required. However, the box was just left in my mailbox without asking for signature. When I open the box, the s22 box inside the delievery box was torn open and the phone inside is missing. I contract the online chat right away and explain. They told me to mail nack what remind of the S22 ultra box and i will have my refund and they send me a label for it. I drop it off ups last friday and it was deliever to best buy 2-3 days ago. However, so far there is no best buy notification and no refund so far so now i am getting a little worry.

If it's a large ticket item, like the phone you mention, an investigation is likely to be triggered for fraud and loss prevention purposes. Sounds like this may be happening to your order right now.

yeah i understamd but i wish they have keep me up to date on the matter. Seems like a lot of stolen item from fedex these few days week.

Well, the Best buy Agent tell me to file a claim with Fedex. My claim is denied due to the fact Best Buy, the shipper IS suppose to be the one filling the claim, NOT ME AS BUYER!

It turn out Best have zero intention of really helping with my issue. First they try to saddle insurance claim responsiblity with Fedex with me and when I call them out on it they try to blame UPS on the box i return per their instruction. Lucky, I have the ups drop off receipt and tracking proof it was deliver while Best buy agent try to blame ups for lossing my return package. I am all about done. If Best buy refuse to help, i will take step with my action like reporting to Media, BBB and finally chargeback as needed since my word fsll onm deaf ear
