Item sent back to the sender

I've odered 2 things from the Best Buy website, the first item arrived without any issues, but the second one somehow got the incorrect address even when both items have it (they were not sent together). I was also all day home for the delivery day (Nov 25th) and now I noticed that it got sent back to the sender. Is there any way to fix this?
