I ordered two items Monday a giftcard and a game. The gift card arrived Wednesday and the game was was suppose to arrive Friday (yesterday) but hasn't. The tracking says that it was shipped Thursday but UPS hasn't picked it up. UPS's tracking says a label was created but the package hasn't been shipped to their facility. Was the item left at the dock, stolen, or lost?

Wonderful, now there is no expected delivery date at all, only in transit. Still says that UPS never received it either. I will give it few more days.

UPS recieved the package yesterday afternoon and updated me. It is out for delivery now. I will chalk this up as an isolated incident because I have never had any problems before. I would say this though, if best buy isn't going to release a package to a delivery carrier until four days later they shouldn't mark it as shipped. They need to coomunicate that the delivery will be delayed to the customer, not UPS. Other than that everything is good now and the package will be here this afternoon. Thank you.
