Item not sent after two weeks

Hello,

I was in US for vacation and decided to buy computer parts in order to upgrade my PC.

Everything was in store except the processor and sales person suggested that I can order it and it will arrive before my scheduled departure. At the day when it had to arrive (08/06/19)  the delivery status was "Label created" so I went to a Best Buy store and asked a customer support representative to cancel the shipment since i will leave US tomorrow, but he told me that it is impossible, since the item was already transferred to UPS. Today, two weeks later the delivery status is still "Label created"...

Could you please help me to cancel this shipment and return money to the credit card?
