Item not received

Now I know why I use Amazon. I ordered a pair of AirPods with Charging Case and all of the tracking says it was delivered to an agent at 11:30 in the morning yesterday when no one was home.

Hello there,

BBY or Amazon don't own shipping companies so it doesn't matter where you order from. FYI Amazon and BBY are partners in business. So if something happened to your package it can be tracked accordingly just follow steps outlined in your order details. Have a good day!

The tracking says “delivered to agent” when no one was home. I followed all the steps and it says it was delivered. Both Best Buy and USPS and UPS make it almost impossible to figure out what to do on their sites when something is not in your mailbox. The only solution I found online is to go to my post office and have them do a Geo tracking of exactly where the postal carrier was when the item was Scanned as delivered
