Got best buy and USPS notification that item was delivered, but it was not there. Another item that was supposed to be delivered from a separate entity was in the mailbox, so nobody took the best buy item. Most likely it was delivered to the wrong address. I would appreciate your help in determining where the package is. It's just a $15 blu ray movie and I understand things happen, but I have been purposefully spending a lot of $$$ with Best Buy in order to try to support businesses that aren't Amazon. Please don't make me regret that.

Have you called USPS in your local area to see what might have happened? There is usually a manager on duty at the local Post. They would be best to address delivery issues.
Once Best Buy hands the package off to the USPS, it's in their hands now and Best Buy can't control the delivery so it's not their fault for non delivery but rather the post office.

I keep a close eye on all my shipments and wait eagerly at my door for them to arrive, and I can understand your concerns with that package being marked as delivered but not being at your door as expected. It's not uncommon for these packages to be hidden behind a plant or on the side of your house, so I ask that you please double check any surrounding areas to ensure it wasn't placed in an alternative location.

Best Buy has a simple choice to make. Lose all future business from me, or send me another copy of the product I paid for. Past the point of entering in the correct address information, it is not my job to make sure the shipping of the product was completed successfully.

Looks like product is being reshipped. I appreciate your help in the matter and look forward to continuing doing business with Best Buy in the future as this is the first issue I have had and everything else has gone very smoothly.
