Item not delivered - Expected delivery was 6 days ago (10/20/21)

1.  The reciept for my order (LG 29” UltraWide Full HD HDR Monitor; Order# {removed per forum guidelines}) provided an expected delivery of 10/20/21 but today is 10/26/21 and I have not recived the item.

 

2.  This morning, I recieved the following guidance from UPS website regarding the status of this package (Tracking# {removed per forum guidelines})

 

"The sender created a label for your shipment. When we receive the package, we’ll show the shipment progress and scheduled delivery date.

If it’s been a few days since the label was created, check with the sender to determine when the package will be provided to UPS."

3.  Can someone please contact me to assist me in resolving this issue so that I can obtain this prodcuct.  What are the available options to fix this issue? Can I pick this item up at a local store that has this item in stock?

Thank you for your help.  I received the replacement monitor package on 10/29/30
