Last Wednesday Sep. 28 I ordered a laptop with overnight shipping, signature required. The item was shipped with FedEx, and my credit card was charged.
The next day Sep. 30, the FedEx tracking online showed "In transit" all day, It never showed "Out for delivery". A FedEx delivery truck stopped by my house late that afternoon, but after several minutes of looking for the package the driver couldn't find it, and told me they may have made a mistake at the office and it should be here next day. So even though the tracking never showed out for delivery, the package seems to have been on the driver's manifest that day.
The next day, Friday, Sep. 30, the status on the FedEx website changed to Pending / Delayed, and it has been the same ever since, now one week later, with no additional information from FedEx.
It seems obvious at this point that FedEx has lost / misdelivered the package. We've had no bad weather or other issues here, and there's no reason it should be delayed this long.
Can a Best Buy support social media specialist advise please?
