My order said delivered, I went outside, and nothing was there. FedEx 9 times out of 10 delivers my parcels to the wrong address, it’s why I refuse to use them, but for some reason, I am given no choice with Best Buy.

I have a “ticket” in with FedEx. I notified them 3 minutes after I got the alert from them that it was delivered. There’s no where on the best buy app to say that delivery wasn’t made. I’ll go to the damned store and pick my items up from now on if Best Buy keeps using fed ex.

I think that would be upsetting for anyone, and I can of course understand you being concerned that the package that is listed as being delivered was not received by you. I can say that the carrier we use really depends on what is being ordered, and the logistics of the order.
