Item never delivered

Hello I had placed a order with Best Buy to be shipped same day delivery. I was tracking the shipping and the item said it was shipped yet it was never bought to my door. I called deliv and the guy stated the package was left downstairs in my lobby on a milk crate. When I ran downstairs to get the item it was there. I’d like to know if I can get reimbursement for my item and who to contact.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums. Same day delivery is great, but that usually means you need the product in a hurry, and I'm sorry if tracking down the delivery of your order had caused any stress or burden to you.

 

Could you please clarify if you received your package or not? You mentioned that when you ran downstairs to get the item, it was there. But, this differs from the title of your post "Item never delivered."

I apologize for the tittle I meant as in not delivered to my door. The package was left downstairs inside of my building lobby, by the time I was notified it was left there it was gone. I reached out to Best Buy costumer service to do a incident/missing items report and get a refund. I refuse to reorder another item and have it shipped to my apartment all future purchases will be done in store.

Thank you for explaining this a bit further. I can definitely understand wanting to make future purchases in-store after this experience, and I'm sorry your package didn't make it to your door. This is not the kind of delivery experience we want for our customers.

 

Was the customer service representative able to file a report or refund? I'd be happy to work with you further on this and provide any additional assistance if needed.
