I just received a package from Bestbuy that was delivered by UPS. I noticed that one side of the box had the tape torn open and there were open gaps around the bottom of the box. I cut the tape on the other side of the box and pulled out the items that were in the box. I noticed that my Samsung - EVO Plus 128GB microSDXC UHS-I Memory Card is missing. I do believe that this item fell out of the box in the UPS truck. What do I need to do to get this memory card? Thank you.

Given the condition of the package that you received, I could see that the memory card may slip out at some point during the delivery with UPS. I'd like to see what options we may have at this time.
