Item didnt ship and no refund

I purchased a vacuum from Best buy on July 12th, it was supposed to be delivered on 7/14 the item never went out for shipping and was never delivered, I called to cancel it and get my money back but they still have not refunded the money. order #{removed per forum guidelines} and the amount is $707.68. I called and chatted multiple times and they all say just wait, it's a lot of money and it was not a mix-up on my end, the item has never been shipped it's still in the warehouse or the store. I would like my money back and have someone call me from corporate regarding this issue and the horrible customer service that I was getting.

If your newly purchased vacuum was never delivered, I understand why you’d be expecting a timely resolution.
